  Steps to use this Infrared Thermometer Effectively

•  The Thermometer is placed in the test environment for 20 minutes before use.
•  Before measuring the temperature, pull hair away and wipe away sweat from   the forehead.
•  Align the thermometer to the center of your forehead and keeping a distance   of 3 to 5cm between the forehead and the thermometer.
